At House of Velvet, we are committed to providing premium-quality luxury raw hair extensions. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are carefully managed under the following policy.
We accept returns only for items that are received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return:
You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
The product must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging.
Hair extensions must not be brushed, washed, colored, cut, installed, or tampered with in any way.
Proof of purchase and photographic evidence may be required.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:
Opened hair bundles
Wigs that have been worn, customized, cut, colored, or altered
Sale items
Gift cards
Customized or special-order products
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We will review your request and provide a suitable resolution.
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if an incorrect product was sent.
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
